1. Do you offer discounts for longer stays?

Yes. For stays of 7 nights or more we offer reduced nightly rates. Contact us with your dates for a tailored quote.

2. What is included in the price?

Accommodation, utilities, fast Wi-Fi, hotel-quality linen and towels, and professional cleaning before your stay. Additional or more frequent cleaning can be arranged at extra cost.

3. Do you provide invoices for companies and insurers?

Yes. We provide itemised invoices and receipts suitable for company finance teams, relocation providers, and insurance claims.

4. Is parking available at your properties?

All Patel Homes properties offer free on-site parking. Please check individual listings or contact us if you require parking for vans or multiple vehicles.

5. Are your properties suitable for contractor teams?

Yes. We regularly host contractor and corporate teams. Our homes are in quiet residential areas with reliable Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, and easy access to major roads and work sites.

6. Do you allow pets?

All of our properties are pet-friendly. 

7. What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for direct bookings, subject to availability.

8. Do you offer weekly or mid-stay cleaning?

Yes. Weekly or fortnightly cleaning and linen changes can be arranged for longer stays.

9. Is a security deposit required?

For some bookings, a security deposit may be pre-authorised or held in line with our terms and conditions and returned after inspection.

10. Who do I contact if there is an issue during my stay?

You will receive direct contact details for our team before arrival. We respond promptly to maintenance issues and guest queries.

11. Is it cheaper to book direct?
